We got 12 of us going this year from a few different families so it's going to be wild :) Open to thoughts on our trip and if it looks good or if you would tweak something:

Looks fine to me. With multiple rooms at POFQ hopefully they can situate you in the same building. Even so its fairly compact so if you are spread out it isn't as bad as some resorts.
I might have done a dinner somewhere other than Garden Grill unless you are looking for the character experience. There are better spots to dine at EP. The CP is a fantastic event, we've done it twice.
We've also finished a trip at LTT for a last meal before departing.
Have a great time and hopefully the bunch of you can agree on and enjoy everything together.

Yeah we've stayed at FQ before and we LOVED it and look forward to seeing the new rooms in person. I love how small the resort is.

Dinner at Epcot is probably one thing we haven't done a ton of. We've eaten at Space (twice) and Le Cellier (twice) in the past. We wanted to do something new, and not something too exotic for the older folks in the crowd :D My in-laws have actually never been to WDW so we wanted at least a few character experiences with our meals, plus we'll have 3 kiddos in tow from my sister's family.

One thing I already know is the chances that all 12 of us well get one table to ourselves is slim to none. Well have to break into two smaller parties like 6/6 or 8/4. Not a big deal.

We've eaten at Garden Grill several times and as you are eating the area revolves around slowly, the characters come around and you can get the chance to interact with them multiple times. The meal is pretty good and the server will continue to bring platters of what you want as you eat up(similar to what LTT does). The service there is pretty fast so you won't be waiting long for your food. I think we usually revolve twice in the time we've started and finished our meals.
