Trip Report EPIC/WDW/SWO Trip Report - June 2025

Officially starting my June 2025 trip report thread. In a little under two weeks I'll be visiting Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld.
The plan is one day of resort hopping at WDW after we land, with an ADR booked for 1900 Park Fare, and then fireworks from either Contemporary or Poly, one day of USF, one IoA, two EPIC, then a day of park hopping WDW while hanging out with some of my Cast Member friends from Dreamers Academy, then a day of SeaWorld, and Disney Springs in the 7 hour day before we leave for the airport.
I can't wait!

Speaking of "spending more time at MK,"
We just extended our trip by one day so we don't have to work MK into our hopping day with Epcot and DHS! So now our plan is
Day 1) Arrival & resort hop WDW
Day 2) USF
Day 3) IoA
Day 4 & 5) EPIC
Day 6) Park Hop WDW
Day 7) Magic
Day 8) SWO
Day 9) Disney Springs & departure

Update! We decided to modify our hotel stay. We were planning on staying at the Universal DoubleTree, but instead, we're spending Days 1-5 at a different Universal Partner Hotel. Then, we'll transfer on the morning of Day 5 to Caribbean Beach! This way, we get early entry and easier transportation. It's a very relaxed trip to be honest, we're not planning everything out nearly as much as we usually do on our trips. Anyways, one week from today I'll be at Universal Studios Florida!!

What a magical day! We ate a delicious dinner at 1900 Park Fare (which was so rich it was unbelievable) and then saw fireworks and Electric Water Pageant from the Poly during a beautiful thunderstorm. It was wonderful!
Now, we’re at our hotel, and we just checked in to find we have a beautiful view of all of Fun Spot… this is really great.

Had a great day. Not a ton of photos today (I’m filming a timelapse out my window so I’m typing on my dad’s phone) but it was awesome. We got gifted one-day Express passes in what I can only assume is the Uni equivalent of a “magical moment”
Rope dropped Hulk then went and rode everything in Seuss Landing

Then we went to Velocicoaster. That ROCKED. Definitely my new favorite ride

Then we did the river adventure after filming some b-roll

It didn’t cool us off nearly as much as we wanted, so we went to Rip Saw Falls

Then did the one-two punch of that and then the Barges. We were soaked head to toe, it was crazy
After this, we rode Spidey on the way out (I had my glasses off as I was admiring the physical sets between screens)

And met spidey (this was nearly two hours after the water ride, and all in the hot sun, but we were still soaked)

Then we went to Stella Nova to check in (when you saw the post above) and chilled for a while. Went back around 7, rode Hagrids, and went back to the hotel by 9. Sadly the photo thing broke but here’s a selfie we took

And we watched the Epic fountain show from our window!

Overall a fantastic day and I loved it. I far prefer IoA over USF, but I’m hyped for tomorrow

Wow. Fantastic day today. Post will continue as normal below in spoiler.
I had a great day. Today, we rode all but four rides (Stardust Yellow, Ministry, Racer’s Rally, and DK. The park is a blast.
Rope dropped Yoshi, then went to Mario, but it broke down so we went to Stardust. Decided to buy Express mid-queue when that also broke down. Eventually got on Stardust and it was phenomenal.

Then we went to get lunch at Meteor Astropub. Was good. Fish and chips for me

Then we went and did Constellation Carousel, which is gorgeous and the most unique carousel I’ve ever been on.

After this we did Monsters, which also broke down but eventually went back up. By far my favorite ride of the whole trip.

After that, we rode Curse of the Werewolf. Was mildly fun but pretty overhyped.
Got a snack in Burning Blade: the Burning Cheddar Bites. Deceiving appearance, these were delicious.

Then we went to Berk and rode Hiccup’s. Just because of music alone, this was really, really great. Mild coaster but amazing views and music.

Saw Untrainable Dragon next.

And rode Fyre Drill. Everyone else in the boat was dry but I was soaked to the bone. One targeted water jet hit me dead on. It felt great in the 100+° real-feel.
Went to eat a second lunch (it was a long day so we were hungry, okay?) at Mead Hall which was great. I had the salmon sandwich and the catch of the day dessert.

Then went to ride Mario Kart for the last ride of the night.

Afterwards we went to explore and shop for a bit. I bought a Captain Cacao cup since I can’t afford the plushies.

Overall, it was an incredible day. I LOVE the park and I can’t wait to do it again tomorrow. On the agenda still to do: Stardust Yellow, Ministry, DK, Racer’s Rally, some wand stuff, some power-up band stuff, meeting Toothless, Ygor, and some entertainment. Definitely will also be re-riding Monsters, Mario Kart, and Hiccups. Might also watch Untrainable again.
End of Day 4. Tomorrow: back to Epic Universe!
