Not sure where these are located, but DVC has had a model open at the Fort for a while now on the 100 loop. It’s been well over a year since sales started. Why on earth have they only just got this opened? By now it just seems like a lost cause.
I truly question what they do with the maintenance fees they collect. We stayed in a cabin in the 2500 loop last week. It was the first loop to open less than a year ago. There were so many maintenance issues! Grout was missing all around the cabin - in the kitchen, in the hall area, in the bathroom. Tiles were loose in the hall and bathroom. There were also several cracked tiles. The toilet paper holder and towel holder were falling off the wall. It was shocking for being less than a year old. I really don’t see them holding up in the long term. (Not to mention the floors were dirty when we got there. I don’t think they mop between guests - only sweep.)Who the hell is casually strolling by this?
Have I underestimated the demand for high cost timeshares and maintenance fees from the camping crowd all these years?![]()
