Are 3 bedroom villas?

Are 3 bedroom villas usually on sale when they do deals at Disney, or are they excluded on sales? Thank you for all of your help!

Not typically. I can't recall them ever including those bigger "special" villas. Most of them get booked by DVC members anyway.

When Disney sell DVC rooms they are using the 2-3% of the DVC points for that resort that they own. Using them they choose the rooms from the inventory.

If they chose a 3-bed villa that would be the equivalent of several studios, which would be much easier to sell to the public. The astronomical cash cost of a 3-bed would be out of reach of most guests.
