Whispering Canyon Dinner

The family and I had a chance to experience dinner at Whispering Canyon at Disney's Wilderness Resort on March 1, 2025. This was our first time back since the parks re-opened after COVID where we had breakfast there back then. Breakfast was pretty good then, but we weren't impressed over the dinner. We found the ribs in the Traditional Platter to be quite chewy and the chicken to be quite dry. At $43/person, we weren't that thrilled with the quality of the food, but our server/service was great. Just wondering if anyone else had dinner there recently and felt the same thing? Just looking to get a feel if anyone else had a similar experience. Thank you!

Disney food is very hit and miss. We have had great meals at restaurants we enjoy and then very average meals on our next trip at the restaurant.

Love that restaurant but it can be hit and miss sometimes.

Even their breakfast offerings have become hit or miss. Can tell that overall park management has had a bad influence on the dining facilities and offerings. Parks definitely need new management that keeps an eye on quality not $$$. Keep quality up and $$$ come flowing in with little effort.

Instead of starting a new thread thought I would ask this here, has anyone done the mothers day brunch at WC before? It looks like the only thing on the menu is the breakfast skillet and that's it. Do they offer more than just that? A couple party members really dont do breakfast food and thought they may have more. So now were wondering if maybe there is a better location option.
