New dining ideas

OK I've been going to WDW steady since 1996. We are visiting this year in October. We probably have visited every restaurant in the parks and I am looking for new ideas at the resorts. I have visited a few but want to hear your favorites.

Steakhouse 71 and the bar/lounge at the new Poly tower are on my list for the next trip!
