I'd argue Rise is 100% re-rideable, seeing as you get slightly different experiences in each of the two trackless vehicles that get dispatched together (in terms of the lift and corridor sequence in the AT-AT bay), though I know this admittedly isn't much. It's not a cocktail party style of ride like Pirates is, yet there's still so many new details to spot every ride-through. The drop at the end adds a little thrill to spice it up too.
Maybe it's just because I always prefer dark rides to a coaster (they've all been more memorable, unique, and interesting to me - Disney always does dark rides like no-one else worldwide, yet well-themed coasters are spread globally), but I do see how Hagrid's is an amazing attraction. I have my issues with the (IMO) poorly-hidden show building for the dark forest scene of the ride, and how it inexplicably becomes nighttime during that part of the attraction, but I'm a nitpicker so I think I might be over-reacting here. It's just that I see Rise as almost flawless.
Hagrid's is nonetheless super fun for it's bike seats, outdoor animatronics, large scale, and how it expanded the land and scope of IOA's Hogsmeade area in a really natural, sensible, and exciting way. That land is just truly perfect now, with the town, Hogwarts grounds, and Forbidden Forest. IMO we don't need any more Harry Potter anything, we've got everything we want already (and I'm saying this as of now, excluding Epic's opening, cuz I think the Paris land is a hot mess that nobody actually is excited for, it's only the ride people wanna see). Maybe I'm wrong though, I'm not a HP fan.
