It's not just the Hall, either. Custom decor was promised for Celebration Gardens as well. Everything they've done thus far has been retrofitting of pre-existing topiary and whatnot. Assuming they're not going to double back on the design of some of those areas in the near term, they need to deliver on some of that to help it feel less sad. Nothing used for the festivals has felt like it's scaled correctly yet.

A bunch of repeats from previous years. Considering how many great performers they've had on Broadway alone over the years, it's a little disappointing.

There is a gold nine of songs from the earlier days of Disney Theatrical, mainly from shows that never made it to Broadway (or into production at all), that would be great if Disney perhaps let them sing... But that's the Disney historian in me talking there.
