I would be interested to see if LLMP & LLSP are also in high demand on the LLPP sell-out days. Disney cashing in on all three offerings would make an argument for keeping all three for highest payout.
LLMP is not selling out. Unclear if it's being canabalized by LLP, inventory increased, or losing popularity. LLSP continues to frequently sell out.

Here is the current sold-out position:

Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Magic Kingdom is now showing as sold out for today, February 11 and February 19.

Dates currently sold out:

Magic Kingdom: February 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
Hollywood Studios: February 16

Looking ahead at the price tracker from WDWMAGIC, in early March, Premier Pass prices jump to at or near max pricing:

are there spring breaks or something that are driving the increased costs starting March 1?

I know next week is a Presidents week and at least a lot of schools in the north east have the week off and is a popular time to visit so would have expected higher prices then, not two weeks after that

Or do we think this is just the start of the "base line" being much higher than in the past now that they have seen it sell out on normal days?

Probably a bit of both. Mardi Gras is the first week of March this year (it often falls closer to Presidents Day), plus the start of spring break season. And I'm sure Disney is looking to find the "sweet spot" to balance price and demand for LLPP.

I would be so curious if they've started throttling LLMP pass at certain times due to LLPP. For instance, Jungle cruise seems like it would be a pretty popular first for the LLPP group. I wonder if Disney has started decreasing LLMP from like 8-10am more than they do the rest of the day.

My guess is they have cut down on the availability of LLMP across the board.

Oh, I am sure of it. However, I also assume they know something like "about 20% of LLPP will hit JC and Pirates in the first 2 hours of park opening" or HM right after the parade, or Tron after sunset. I'm sure Disney knows these patterns, I just don't know if they are throttling up and down LLMP to account for them.

IMO this is why eventually they have to have one or the other. There isn't enough capacity for both.

I guess the thing with LLPP is the guest satisfaction has got to be quite high for those who pull the trigger on the purchase. Once you get past any sticker shock and decide it’s a worthwhile purchase for your group, you get exactly what they advertise - provided it’s not a day 3/4 of MK goes down - so what’s not to like about walking onto almost every ride?

I’d imagine the only real pushback from actual users is from those who feel they didn’t need it due to low crowds, but how many are actually paying attention to that post purchase?

I also would imagine there could be frustration about not being able to re-ride, especially in the non-MK parks.

This may have been discussed, but I’m curious how LLPP selling out affects wait times at the parks compared to days LLMP sold out.
Someone correct me if I am wrong but the number of LLPPs sold is such a low number (at the moment) LLPP does not make a difference.

The changes to DAS made a difference.
