This is a burning question I've had thats been lingering in my head for a while. I understand that if the ride has onboard speakers it will be relatively easy to get the audio via induction recording, but for rides like Buzz Lightyear or Living With The Land where onboard audio isn't present, how do people get the music/spiels?

I heard a story of one person disguising a microphone as trash and putting it in one of splash mountain's show scenes to record music before it closed, so I assume that's one way to record audio for off board ride audio. otherwise I'm not sure.
