I think the additions of Guardians, Remy, and Journey of Water help offset that a bit.

I personally don’t have a problem with it. Anecdotally, I have never witnessed a visibly drunk person at EPCOT…
Of course this is obvious, but focusing on food and drinks keeps locals coming back.
Well one’s a fountain…and the other replaced a omnimover pavilion…
So really just remy

As someone who generally travels to WDW with kids I have no issue with this - not everyone gets to do every single thing

I do hope this doesn't carry forward too far - like, don't want to see similar with the Pirates Tavern coming to MK and wouldn't want Oga's to be adults only (at least not all day, maybe after 9pm or something) - like heavily themed lounges can be more family friendly I think but this seems like a straight up adult oriented bar
At least the concept art for the Pirates Tavern has kids in it, so that one should be fine for all ages it seems

I don't have a huge problem with them at their current size, but I view DVC lounges and Club 33 as far more exclusionary than this. Perhaps DVC lounges the most b/c they actively promote the interiors to show you what you are missing, as with new Frontierland lounge (which also commandeered an pre-existing all guest experience).

At least everyone (hopefully) eventually gets to be 21+, a much smaller minority will be DVC or obviously C33.

It's pretty obvious they will have drinks themed to extinct Epcot attraction right?
  • Figment's Purple Imagination Lemonade
  • Dreamfinder's Old Dreams Fashion
  • Electric Universe of Energy Lemonade
  • Horizons Daiquiri
  • World of Margarita Flight
  • Drinks Rocks!
You forgot
  • Veggie Veggie Fruit Fruit Bloody Mary
  • Maelstrom Mead

It is so kind and generous of Disney to let all of us poverty-stricken unwashed masses to have access to a lounge! And the privilege of having to reserve a spot and pay for all drinks and food is an honor. I bet those DVC chumps are really jealous now, with their walk-in lounges and free soda.

The negative of not allowing kids is losing the opportunity for a 'Tomorrow's Childs' Menu - to go with the Mocktail Menu - 'It's Fun To Be Alcohol Free!'

Also could consider:

The Living Sea Breeze
World of Sloe Gin Motion
Electric Umbrella Lemonade

If you don't see it on the on the menu, Journey into YOUR Imagination and ask our bartenders...If you can dream it, you can drink it!

I think I am probably losing my mind a little.

Sounds like you need to apply for a job at Disney product development...
