Sure, I mean, it's certainly better than stepping on hot sand and having to run for your life to spare yourself 3rd degree burns ... but when it comes to the legacy of nighttime parades, it's not good enough, especially at the cost of a Disney vacation.

I'd put this just above Light Magic.
LOL Light Magic! a name you don't hear often.... It was marketed as the most amazing thing Disney had ever done...My local VON's grocery store had a huge promotion for it and they even installed a giant "Light Magic" medallion on the floor in the entry....then it disappeared ... I did not even get a chance to see it because it was gone so quickly.... It must have been some stinker.... Maybe even as bad as Disney's WISH movie....lol

It had a great soundtrack on its own.

To be fair…. It’s several steps above “better than nothing.”

“Disney Star-Lite” should be the proper spelling haha.
Don't you mean "Lite-Brite"?

Has anyone heard if there is a reason why they turn the hub light towers on for the parade? Is it safety reasons for the, very few, dancers?

The castle search lights are a nice touch. Would be awesome if they ever decide to add more search lights along the route to turn on when the parade reaches those areas.

There are search lights that come up out of the Coco float along with a couple others, and a blue shimmering light effect across the main street buildings and audience. Its really a nice surround show all the way. Maybe all of that is not as noticeable once it leaves Main Street.

They are noticeable. But parade show lighting and effects would add a lot - this is common with parades at Disneyland.

So far I’ve seen it twice from Town Square so I did not notice that. I will have to watch it from Main Street next time.
