Are you talking about the Thursday or Friday of this week?

That potential storm isn’t even formed yet and the track is very much unknown. The GFS model is currently an outlier on tracking so we don’t even know what will happen at this point.

Yes, they will cancel and refund in such a situation if they're cancelling fireworks and the stage show and the parade.

Thursday. Just going off current forecasts and trying to plan for any situation. I totally get weather can change in three days
