I'm hearing people say that the refillable mugs have been discontinued and they've covered the self-service areas in Typhoon.

But they're still selling Typhoon Tilly cups and it still says they're refillable. Is it just only Typhoon Tilly and only quick service refills you request instead of self-serve?

Anyone know what's going on?

Edit: Is this another case of their bad menu upkeep and they aren't actually selling Tilly despite it being on the mobile order app?

They're stuck on a ship coming from China and won't be arriving.

Are the water parks still crowded? Or have they dropped in popularity and thus attendance? I mean, it is still summer weather down there.

I was just at Typhoon Lagoon today and Blizzard Beach two days ago; they were wonderful. The small amount of covered chairs at BB filled quick so it was a bit difficult to find a shady seat, but for the most part I got my pick of seating, all the slides had 5 minute waits, and no waiting in line for food or searching for tables.

Stitch showed up and people were able to just walk right up to him with no line, and for a brief time close to opening I had the lazy river all to myself.

We did the check in day thing a couple weeks ago at blizzard…
It was I would say “low middle” as far as crowd. That was a Thursday

We were there on a July weekend at Blizzard and I would say it was maybe an 8 as far as crowd levels go. It was still a very enjoyable experience, especially since we haven't been able to visit since 2019.

That said, (and not sure if anyone else has noticed this) the one thing that stood out to me was that the park definitely needs more TLC. Despite the short windows that this park has been open, they have noticeably deferred some maintenance. And landscaping in some areas was a mess. Things looked decent at the bottom, but up the various "mountain" stairs to slides, there was tons of overgrown or half dead trees and bushes, and massive weeds overtaking certain areas. Lots of trash in the slide stairs/queues. It almost seems like the custodial and landscaping crews don't want to walk up the stairs to do their work.
