Projects you're glad were cancelled

What projects for the parks that were cancelled or scrapped are you glad didn't become a thing?

Honestly, I'm glad they reworked the Fantasyland Expansion... the princess and Pixie Hollow stuff just did not interest me at all, and apparently they were gonna turn the Barnstormer into a clown coaster. I loathe clowns...

Turning Spaceship Earth into a coaster....horrible idea. One of the reasons Epcot was my favorite park was the lack of coasters and thrill rides. It was all omni mover or boat rides.

Building a coaster in front of the Land pavilion was a terrible idea too, although not as bad as Time Racers. I'm glad Project Gemini didn't happen in general, even though there were a few good ideas in there.

Also glad the Play! Pavilion was cancelled.

The Festival Center was just a disaster. It’s a shame it wasn’t killed sooner which might have spared the coherent spatial organization of the park.

The Main Street Theater at the Magic Kingdom was the generally right idea, but also a box plopped behind Main Street. It should have been part of a larger Second Street with additional shops and dining so that it could actually handle people waiting for the show, exiting the show and used as a bypass of Main Street.

All of the various projects that have considered killing the Rivers of America.

Time racers, project Gemini seemed like a bad idea then but if we could get that makeover today with the cancelation of Time Racers I think I’d take that over World Celebration.

I would love to have seen some of the side streets like DLP has (only seen it in photos)
