Scale?...It is not a large venue at all...It will not be a big splashy attraction, but probably just a small lounge...Maybe for the Golden Oak or Club 33 set....but who knows....
It could end up just being a private function/flex space....they like those these days...
It’s not a huge space no, but they’re turning both the former boutique in the hotel (which has been closed for 20 years) and the stone houses (which were supposed to be a tourism office but never opened at all) into something. They’re also installing a very expensive elevator into whatever it is. Just surprised that the company that announces new bus wraps and has had several posts now about the new Frontierland lounge has said nothing about this.

Could be for wheelchair accessibility. I don't think there's any way to get to the 2nd level with the Boutique space and cottages if you're in a wheelchair is there? That's why they have that alternate path to O'Canada, right?
There are ramps
Correct, there’s ramps from the main promenade up to the 2nd level, but only stairs down to the attraction from there, hence the alternate path. The elevator will go to/from the Le Cellier lobby.
