Not the best photo (grabbed from a vlog) but the base of the elevator which has been used as a wine display for years has been closed in with construction walls.

Just a guess on my part, its probably a lounge.

The only thing Disney sells with a higher margin than Alcohol is Lighting Lane.

Some saying lounge and others saying DVC office. The elevator seems to point to a lounge as I can’t imagine why a DVC office would need an elevator down to the restaurant.

The building itself is designed after the chateau style hotels the Canadian railway companies built between the mid 1800s and early 1900s so they could use that as inspiration. Or Brother Bear
