Something like this but to detect talking instead of fire?I'd prefer them investing in water hoses on the trees that during the fireworks, they can detect people speaking and drench them.

Not the best photo (grabbed from a vlog) but the base of the elevator which has been used as a wine display for years has been closed in with construction walls.
