Victoria & Albert's and Toledo added to the 2023 Michelin Guide Florida

Love seeing it be mentioned too. It's been a very nice addition.

As a pretty big food nerd generally, I will say, the selection for the awards and guide overall are... odd. This new list has some gems, no doubt. But, the main awards (including a total snub of Tampa) left me a little perplexed.

I do think these new 8 are, for the most part, very worthy additions.

Unfortunately, Victoria & Albert's did not earn any Michelin stars during the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony tonight.

Capa did retain its one Michelin Star.

I have a friend who goes to Michelin stared restaurants all around the world, part fun part work and he said that in his opinion no Florida restaurants should have a star, so I guess take that whatever way you want.

V&A is a shell of itself. It went down hill around 2018. I couldn’t believe the meal or the waitress that time after going 7-8 times. It was not good.

I’ve been to two or 1 star places plenty of times that were not as good as Capa but I hear you.

I was completely unimpressed with V&A in early March 2020 just before everything closed. Went for my 50th birthday and it was disappointing. The worst part was the service.
