Well, he’s been cratering in the pres polls and suffering several awful weeks of PR, so this move would have been more interesting before he began to look like Scott Walker 2.0

The more I read legal experts opinions on this case the more I am impressed with what Disney pulled off here. They really have backed the state government into a corner. It will be very interesting to see what their next move is.

I’ve been told that RCID’s Wednesday land use amendment request also increased the maximum number of hotel rooms allowed by 40%, from 28,267 to 39,232, over the next decade.

That’s roughly 11 POFQs, I think.

I remember reading this in passing and can't believe, literally, that this board was discussing all of this and not a single person from the DeSantis administration was at this same meeting? After reading all 77 pages of the lawsuit today (due to injury and having to stay stationary), it does seem the contract was valid in the respect of it being public, noticed and I mean I read about it and I'm just Disney mom who over plans and thinks normal vacation due diligence is reading these boards. This was before even second meeting.
