Also, if you're going for any of the packages/parties because you get seating, don't assume it's *comfortable* seating. The director-style chair I got for the dessert party was awful. Not sure if the dining packages get anything better or the same thing as the dessert parties.

Dinner packages don't get seats for the show, only the dessert party has seats. Dinner package is a reserved area in which you still have to stand to see the show.

Honestly, the Virtual Queue is also really easy, we waited until 1PM, got the second show, and then went about 30 mins before, got a front row spot.

Unfortunately I only will arrive around 1PM at SNA, so idk if I'd be able to get a slot

If there are 2 shows on the night you will be attending, the 2nd show will have great walk up space available.
