Upcoming road construction at Hotel Plaza Blvd and SR 535

I think this was too big of a plan and too costly, so they opted to scrap the plan and create a loop from 535 to I4 South.
Why not make a DIRECT EXIT to Hotel Plaza Blvd from I4 South? If you are going North on 535, you get off at the existing exit...if you are travelling from 535 from Celebration area and are going to Disney, they make a ramp up to the flyover with a light OR make a loop to connect to the off ramp of HPB!

Thats basically what they were gonna do...demolish Crossroads, build a flyover into Hotel Plaza Blvd.
They could make the new Hotel Plaza Blvd exit a fly over into Hotel Plaza Blvd with those traveling on 535 to access the same loop that was planned!

Remove cheap food and supermarkets from folks visiting WDW. - wonder if WDW objected at all ? I guess not..
