This is just to cover up Bob's recent misstepsLet's see how long it takes for someone to find fault with this.
How about the CMs that work nights pick a night to attend that is their day off from work?I hope they properly handle the castmember's working hours such that the castmenbers working the events also get to attend if they like..
Damn Disney and their.....shuffles deck.....doing something for the cast members.Let's see how long it takes for someone to find fault with this.
was watching some ex CPs telling their stories... The problem with a lot of events is that they need CMs to work them and they usually have seniority. So, the CPs have to take those shifts. Not sure how they run them without one of those two groups working them. How do they actually get to enjoy these perks? They really do need to offer them so that all employees get a chance to attend.Damn Disney and their.....shuffles deck.....doing something for the cast members.
Easy, first as minimal staff as possible, CMs should know how to board and queue quickly, second rotate parks. You might have to work at your home park but you won’t at the other 3.was watching some ex CPs telling their stories... Hoping that happens in this case. Apparently, that wasn't the case this past fall/winter for the CPs.Easy, first as minimal staff as possible, CMs should know how to board and queue quickly, second rotate parks. You might have to work at your home park but you won’t at the other 3.
Perhaps mgt listened to the cast member suggestions?Wow. The latest round of engagement survey results must have been garbage.
Perhaps... I guess I'm a little cynical after all the years I spent with the company.Perhaps mgt listened to the cast member suggestions?

They haven't been able to produce a CM appreciation recognition party yet, lets see how this comes off.Perhaps to some guests in dismay, there are cast member anniversary parties in May to honor invitees. MK is even closing at 430pm one day so the cast can celebrate their achievements and enjoy the park all to themselves. Isn't that a good way of honoring the castmembers?
A lot of us are working 6 and 7 days a week, and can not get a day off. How do you suggest we attend the event then? How about the CMs that work nights pick a night to attend that is their day off from work?
