I think a venue like that could work, but I'd lean into the smaller / more intimate experiences like The VOID / VR and/or Escape Rooms.

Indeed. Last years call sheet was just the two months before supposed Feb debut of Fantasmic! before it hit all it's problematic delays.

Since they don't seem to want to develop their own limited experiences like that anymore, they could just convert it to a Litwak's Family Fun Center & Arcade. (that's basically what it was for the second half of its life, right?)

Add a couple Fix-it-Felix Jr. cabinets, sell some crappy pizza and call it a day.

They've even already got the signs covered with a movie tie-in for when cabinets go down and don't work right for weeks and-or months at a time.
