They'll keep going up until people stop buying. No reason to charge $10 for a drink if you can sell just as many (or at least close) at $20.

Yep. Diznee iz a bizness. Don't go if you don't like the prices. No one's forcing you to buy anything. (Did I miss any of the usual pixie duster excuses? ;) )

Of course, some people will never stop buying what Disney is selling. But those people not realizing that their willingness to pay any price is going to have broader implications is just stupidity, willful or otherwise. We are admittedly guilty of buying some things, particularly a specific drink at R&C, but also realize it and are frequently analyzing whether or not a trip to WDW is worth the money, or is Merchandise Item #2319 worth the money, or do we really need to eat in the parks, etc.

you covered most of it…but forgot: “they’re so mobbed that they HAVE to charge more…to do us a favor”

…building about 10 C tickets In the last 20 years was never on the table

I also look forward to them reducing the cup sizes to help our waistlines.

That's just a side-effect of reducing cup sizes (while maintaining prices). Supply chain, you know. Have to be able to offer products to as many guests as possible, and if that means reducing cup sizes (while maintaining prices) so those who really enjoy something have to buy more of it, so be it. It's a win-win: Disney wins, because they get more of our money for the same amount of product offered, and we win because... wait, how do we win?
