According to the Walt Disney World website, modified showtimes for Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire begin January 28 - performances are scheduled at 1pm, 2:05pm, 4pm and 5:15pm:
These showtimes are currently listed through January 31 - entertainment times have not yet been released for February.

Yesterday parade Caenelled and rainy day cavalcade who?
Yesterday was weird. The Grand Marshall went on but FOF and the 2nd Starlight was canceled. Who knows what happened today but tonight's Starlight did happen.
I'll be glad when WDW gets back to normal weather! IDK what deep cold does to Parade Floats.....

Just guessing here but I think it's more about the performers. Those FOF outfits are generally designed for Florida weather but today's high was a very unflorida 45°/7 degrees Celsius.
