Up until circa 2000…each sit down had specific dishes/styles

almost all are gone - from Disney run locations…

bulk buying in ingredients is the likely culprit. Like Chilies

No. Never did the dining plan thing. Didn't see the value in it. A comped breakfast would have convinced me otherwise.

what I’m saying is when the dining plan was pushed…they did sweeping cost cutting methods at every restaurant. Part of the point of the dining plan. It effected everyone…to this day

Oh I knew that! Sorry for the confusion. Yeah, the in-park options are a near copy/paste at every QS or sit down location. Typical amusement park fare. Theme and variety be damned.

When they announced The Wave refurb, I remember that it seemed like it would be down for my trip which includes 9/2 so I believe it will still be going on then.

I’d love to go to CG in Jan, The Wave had my favorite breakfast buffet on property. I think I’ll throw it into my plans and hope it’s still there.
