Not sure how much impact this team (the ambassador team) had? Are they customer-facing or some other role? I've never heard of this role before. I, personally, think Must-Do-Disney Stacy should have got the role!

They represent the cast of WDW. Typically appear at openings, charity events etc. The program dates back to Walt.
