Started at 5pm. After nearly 3 hours on hold I got to a very unhelpful rep (to put it lightly ). Hung up with her and tried calling in again. 10:30pm I reach a different rep who within 10 minutes not only identified the issue that had apparently baffled the first rep, but also was able to completely rectify it. Many thanks to her for efforts - we went from still owing ~$600 on our upcoming CBR stay all the way down to owing just $94!!
