Can anyone tell me if the WDW Today TV Channel still exists at the resorts that now have the interactive TV's such as Riviera and Gran Destino Tower?

All the regular channels are still there, unsure about the interactive TVs

It does not exist as it’s own channel but all of the content is available on the on demand tab of the tv.
