Quite possibly and the new homeowner can be right near the main road of Hwy 192 where the homeless are day and night.

Yes, I know it quite well. We sometimes stay off of 192 on Hoagland Blvd. Many drifters are at that red light and they'll stand at the Starbuck's drive through. Getting worse.
