I love the idea here. Bourbon is more popular than ever and rightfully so (cause it's delicious). The build your own Old Fashioned bar sounds yummy! Woodford, blood orange bitters, luxardo, and orange slice please!

there was a pub in Kissimmee called the red dog, recently closed. it was owned by a jeff howell who also played there. i wonder if its the same person?
