I read Holes in grade school. I watched the movie as a teen and thought they did a very good job with the material.

Who is this for? Who is asking for Holes as a series? It's not like it's a story deep with lore and complications, nor is it a story that I imagine connects nearly as well with today's youth as it did with my own.

Typical Disney gender swap.

“In addition to the outlined changes, Axios is reporting that Disney will remove the auto-play disclaimer before some of Disney’s movies that contain outdated depictions or stereotypes. Here’s an example of the disclaimer that would play before certain movies. This will be removed completely and replaced with a disclaimer in the written details section of the movies that it applies to.”

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid it's for the best. The Snow WHite Remake flopped for a reason. Disney needs to make better movies. They'll continue with diversity, but they don't need to over force it.

You're quoting something 3 months old. Welcome to today.

You might have missed the statements by Disney that much less explicitly say they will continue DEI in ways that doesn't draw attention to itself.
