Nevermind the menu, where is this and is the lobby and foodcourt still gone? That's the reason we don't even consider Caribbean. All the other moderates have increased to the $250 / night level anyway really making moderates a bad value IMO.

Food court and new lobby are still under construction, though I think they're slated to open later this year.

As for your question on this new place, from the linked article:
"Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Spyglass Grill is located near to the pool in Trinidad South, operating from 7am to 10pm daily."

Just checked out the menus and have to say it looks pretty good. Glad there are a few different Vegetarian/Vegan options which will make many of my typical travel buddies happy.

This is by Trinidad South pool. It’s been under construction for awhile! Is it on the water?? Or by the pool?? Are there outside tables? What’s the layout? Excited to see?

Convenient for those in Trinidad South, but not many others.
