It says in honor of her 90th Anniversary, but Minnie and Mickey first appeared in Steamboat Willie on November 18, 1928 correct? So it's a little early. They always make a big deal of Mickey's birthday in November, so do they just celebrate Minnie on National Polka Dot Day so she has her own day?

Well the closest to Minnie having her own anniversary was the Totally Minnie era between 1985-1986.
