True, but it was just Mickey for his 50th, 60th. and 75th.if they are making plans for his 90th they should honor BOTH Mickey AND Minnie, after all, they share the same birthdate.
Isn't that as old as Mickey himself? We could retheme the Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party!- Surprise celebration for MICKEY! Maybe even pull out the mirrored castle float!

It's certainly more than they've done for most of his birthdays. Not great, but 89 isn't exactly a milestone birthday either. Let's see what they do next year for 90.Wow. A "dance party". A "birthday moment" before HEA. Special desserts. Event merchandise. This sounds like almost every other "special event" they do. For the company's biggest character and icon? Sad, pathetic, and unacceptable. That may be how accountants celebrate, with dull, bland crap, but the rest of the world doesn't.

Exactly! If we don't see a improvement next year like an actual tag for HEA or something before or during MVMCP if its a party night, then we can be mad! It's certainly more than they've done for most of his birthdays. There was Alice and Julius before Oswald. It all started, wirh a rabbit, if walt had , not lost the rights to oswald. He would have never drawin mickey, and orlando would still be a swamp..
Oh and did I forget that today was Dapper Day too?!We were there today. It was fun to see all of the people (young and old) in their 1950’s outfits. It made it very festive.
