Looking at the pictures of the refurbished rooms, I see body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Do they have bar soap by the sinks to wash hands and face as well?

Yes, they do. We took our own shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, but they did have bar soap for the sink too.

I don't know when they will be done, but they are supposed to start after POFQ is done.
Check the PO website for more info.
