I saw this location listed in a permit as "Short Term Retail Space", so I wonder if this is going to be like Marketplace Co-Op where they switching things out on a regular basis.

As I mentioned above it is refered to as "Short Term Retail Space" in permits, so it appears that it is a filler. I have to double check, but I believe the is more then one of these.
