Epcot's Mexico Pavilion opening at 9am and La Cantina de San Angel now open for breakfast

I never understood why all of World Showcase didn't open at the same time as the rest of the park? Is it because of the booze? Think about it, now you're going to be able to make it as far as Norway on one side and France on the other. Just open the whole thing. You don't need to open all of the eateries for breakfast but it would be nice to get pictures and go into shops in the morning and maybe beat some of the crowds.

They can save two hours on cast labour costs by opening later.

Also as the main draw is eating it only made sense opening for lunch hours.

Good question. They may also be expecting larger than normal crowds for the opening. I would guess if it's popular and makes money they will keep it open. I hope so anyway.

As long as they keep the booze flow in check. It already gets out of hand at times. Having the beer/wine/liquor flowing that much earlier could cause more problems except instead of them happening after dark, it happens at lunch time during the day.

Well, guests will think the entire area will be open only to be dissapointed to find out that it will be blocked out until 11 and then they will get aggrivated that they walked all that way to be turned around to find out that 2 out of the 8 pavillions are open...They could at least balance it and get Canada open even if it's a Circlevision...And let's not forget the EMB's (Early Morning Boozers)...

I would LIKE all of WS open early. They'll make a killing off of the breakfast crowd and early boozers

That's pretty much standard at any Mexican restraint around here. It may be missing Huevos rancheros and breakfast tacos which aren't too much different what what already offered.

Well, it's easy enough to not allow any alcoholic beverages to be served until 11:00 except at restaurants. That would probably help a bit.

We got 2 of the 3 entrees and the kids meal. Great size portion and wonderful tastes all around. Well worth it if you want something different for breakfast.
