Grade inflation. Yesterday's B-mode is today's A+-mode. It's the one thing Iger likes about Expedition Everest. Why are they still in the awful B-mode?

I imagine that they require complete replacement.Based on footage from last night and me being there tonight, the ground lights have been completely shut off again. I’m so tired of this.View attachment 828516
Where have you been?I imagine that they require complete replacement.
If that even ever gets done.
I can easily imagine them getting permanently covered in opaque plastic, and that'll be the end of that
Because for almost a year 0% of them were working. We're already back to that away.90%?! They're getting praised for fixing MOST of them?! Why!?
All lights DOWN this evening.

Unfortunately it seems this is the new normal. Bare bones design with no effort or magic. The powers that be seem to have zero clue why people fell in love with the parks to begin with, and are slowly destroying all of the little things that make them magical. I hope it reverses before it's too late.Wow! Target puts up better paper graphic holiday decorations than a world class theme park can manage? Balsam Hill Christmas Trees sponsored that ridiculously bad display of trees? Meaning Disney didn't even pay for that but took sponsor product and money to print the cheap looking graphics?
I guess this will continue to be the new way of things at WDW... Seriously this has to be a budget issue...
I finally realized that something in the real world reminds me of the new EPCOT. The Sundial mall in downtown St. Petersburg has a courtyard that had a fountain. This year, they redesigned the courtyard with new seating, new covered area, and fake grass.
Since it's the season, just remember, these were removed as the tech was allegedly past its prime.

Unlike that new fangled super reliable modern tech.
The new owner is bringing in new tenants. A de-aging clinic opened not too long ago and they are supposedly bringing in an Italian restaurant. However, one of the restaurants that has been there since the last re-do, Sea Salt, announced that they will be closing.Oh - I didn't think about that... Is it doing any better getting tenants these days? Because it was struggling for awhile.
