Switch out Rex from on top of the Slinky Dog Jenga Tower with Hamm and put a big Partysaurus Rex looming nearby blowing bubbles at riders, give it a crazy nighttime light scheme that feels like a rave, surround it with Bath Toys that squirt water out of their mouths . . . The whole idea of Triceratops flying is still kinda weird, but that'd be a better use of the ride system than what it's doing now in Dinoland.

It's a shame that there are already so many Toy Story Lands worldwide because there's so much potential for that concept and that property if they were to start over from scratch, but they're probably not building another Toy Story Land any time soon and the ones that exist have so few opportunities for real expansion.
I just want to piggyback on this and say NOW is the time to make it so! Come on Disney, don't let the spinning dinos go to waste! The fandom has spoken, theme it to Trixie. LET'S GOOOOO!

I thought that was temporary scaffolding at first. The army men are a nice touch, but aside from that, it looks pretty ugly.
So, what you're saying is, "it's a perfect match for the land it's in, and Imagineers deserve praise for another successful addition to this popular land that was executed in a way that in no way detracts from previous efforts in this land."

It is beautifully ugly. There is beauty in its ugliness and an ugliness to its beauty. This land is the pug of Walt Disney World.

It’s one thing to not like the design of the land but do you think they should change the style when they make updates to it? I would like it to look consistent.

Er, someone can correct me on this if I’m wrong, but my memory is that the taller portion has been there for a long time. They’re just adding the lower portions around it now to provide genuine shade in part of the dining area.

THIS is a prime example of my point "it takes Disney too long to do anything". This addition of SHADE COVERS, that look like just some metal poles with a metal canopy on top, have taken 4 YEARS! WHY!? How long does it take to prep the land, place the posts, lay concrete, add tables, then finish the canopy? Obvioulsy, AT LEAST 4 YEARS!
I think the end is coming for Disney as the top theme park operator and its because of their stupidity with decisions the executives make! Disney has known about EPIC since 2019 and chose NOT TO DO ANYTHING. Now at D23 2024, they announce a few things that will take 3-4+ years to open...just really disappointing how the popularity of disney fans are dropping!
