I need to see a video to comment. I thought they all had the circle of light that spun around until the orb turned green. I'm trying to figure out what's new.

Originally the Mickey head and circle were dark when not reading/registering a band. Now it sounds as if the circle will be constantly spinning a white light. This is to help guests locate the touch point. (Think Space Mountain where the second tap station is inside where it is darker and may not be able to see Mickey)
