That is, unless you are speaking of Meg's physical location at any one time?

Because Meg is still in charge of WDW, DLR and DLP. Georgie K reports to her.
Meg is like that bad itch that won't go away.

So Transport now moved under Resorts, but transport maintenance is autonomous? I guess my question is, under this new hierarchy, will things like monorail maintenance still be lacking? Will any maintenance of any transport be "outsourced" to that separate maintenance division and who will QC the work?

This structure facilitates outsourcing of the maintenance function to a non TWDC entity, Similar to what happened to AA's with Garner-Holt.
