I would contact the casting center and talk directly to them. They are really nice and have the proper answers to the questions you are asking.

I was recently offered a position and I live in Texas. Moving in 3 days so it should not be a problem being out of state and that you are willing to fly in for an interview should help as well. They seemed very impressed that I did it. Just be honest and let them know that you love Disney. Best of luck to you.
