Yes, those rates are so rare now. You could get Deluxe resorts for around $200 too. That is not going to happen again for a long time. If it does, the country will be in such despair. I remember a quick weekend trip in 2006. SWA had a fire fare. $25 RT to MCO. We flew down Friday morning and back the following Monday. We got a room for about $300. It was a quick $700 weekend trip. Now, we can't even fly down for $700 for 3 people.

I don't know if it will require the country to go to hell in a hand basket... Probably could achieve those same price points if the EU would implode and the value of the dollar were to spike vs the euro and British pound since WDW seems to try and sell itself to foreign visitors much more than say Disneyland... I see them being much more sensitive to global economy.

With military discount I got pop century at $94 a night this coming November. I paid $49 a night in nov 2010, usually I'm a sucker that waits for free dining but this year I realized with military discount I can come out cheaper paying for the dining plan( I like the convienance of the plans on my budget)
