8:00 breakfast at Cinderella's

This may seem fairly basic but I want to make sure I dont' disappoint my daugther by being late.

We have an 8:05 PS at Cinderella's Royal Breakfast in May.
I understand this is before the Park opens. We have a confirmation number which the CM who made the reservation told us to use to get in the park. However, How do we get to the Park? We are staying at OKW and will drive over to the TTC. will the monorail or boat be working at that time? thanks.

Best thing to do is to drive over to the contemporary resort. I have done this before. From there you can just walk right over to the park. I have also taken a cab from the carribean to the Magic Kingdom, this is usually 5 to 10 dollars. The Monorail does run that early. But you will end up waiting for a while on a bus, unless the Magic Kingdom opens up early. The further away from the park you are, the longer the wait on the bus. I have done this breakfast every year and find that if you are not staying on the monorail loop, just drive your car to the contempoary, just say you are eating at Chef Mickey they won't give you a hard time at all. You can then walk or take the monorail, from the contemporary it is quicker to just walk the 10 minutes. When you get to the entrance to he park, they usually line you up on the far left turnstile. Plan on geting there before 745am.

When you check in at OKW, be sure and get a printed confirmation from the front desk/guest services at the resort. It's a lot easier to have a paper with your name, date, place, confirmation number, rather than just the confirmation number.

You'll find that the Disney Transportation system is up and running at that time so that other guests can also get to their breakfast reservations.

It is only 5 lines long :lol: - but it would be alot easier on the eye if the lower case keyboard was used every now and again

Actually, he shortened it already. It was about 10 before, still in all uppercase.

We had reservations for 8:15. We took the monorail in and were there by 7:30. They open the gates at 8:00 - that was the hardest thing...getting a 2 1/2 year old to be patient while she is waiting to see her favorite princess.

At 8:00 when they open the gates it is like a stroller race My husband has a picture of an empty park with a bunch of mothers/fathers pushing stollers.

There was no need to rush though. We got in fine and had a pleasant meal.
