72 hours to go!

Well, its almost time for our long awaited trip to WDW. I just wanted to thank everyone on this board for providing so much useful information. These boards make planning the trip ALMOST as much fun as going!
On Friday we are off to Orlando for 8 nights at the Polynesian. I know it's going to be crowded, we are going to pace ourselves and enjoy everything. Excited that MK will be open till midnight several nights we are there.
So any last minute tips will be appreciated and when I return I hope to be able to help others who are planing there trips like so many on these boards helped me. Thanks Again!

Oooo, I love the Polynesian.

I have 43 days left and it is taking FOREVER. I really do think that time has slowed down. It is just like when I was in school and the clocks ran slower as the day went on (and then went faster after we got out).

JUST GOT BACK TO REALITY, WAS THERE MAR14-17, HAD AN AWESOME TIME AGAIN I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY IDIOT WHO COUNTED DOWN THE DAYS EVERY DAY TO THE NEXT TRIP, BUT NOW REALIZE IM NOT ALONE!:lol: 192 DAYS AND COUNTING.
I MADE A COMMITMENT TO MYSELF THAT EVERY TRIP I DO I WILL HAVE THE NEXT ONE PLANNED AND STARTED THE DAY I GET HOME. ALSO I JOINED THE DVC AND IT WAS WELL WORTH IT,CAUSE IT GIVES YOU THE FLEXIBILITY TO HAVE ONE TRIP 'PAYED FOR' EACH MONTH WHILE YOU SAVE FOR THE NEXT TRIP. NOW WE GO TWICE A YEAR . LOVE IT ANYWAY HAVE A

I have to wait 359 days...this is PAINFUL! It's only been a month since we got back...but it has been the longest month EVER...feels like it's been 6 months!

Not only do we count down the days but this year I made a calendar to count down the last 65 days. Each day is on it's own sheet (8.5x5.5) with various color pictures from WDW. My wife loves it. Sometimes I think she stays up to midnight just to change the page and see the next pictue.
