5th park ideas??? just for fun

i know this isnt feasible right now and do not see it happening for a long time if it does, but if a 5th park opened what are some ideas or things you would like to see? What themes would you like the park to be or what attractions?

If they ever get the rights back for theme parks (probably unlikely in the near future) but I would love to see a Marvel theme park based on the MCU. I think there's a lot of potential there for basically a hub and spoke model.

NYC Island in the center, surrounded by Wakanda, Asgard, Knowhere, Attica (if they ever do inhumans), and Shield headquarters as sort of the entrance.

I would want either a theme park themed around America or something like Tokyo Disney Sea.

Something as a mix between Universal's Islands of Adventure and Tokyo DisneySea would be great. I think it would be a great place to have stuff like a villains land, a Roman/Greek myth area, Marvel, maybe some Tim Burton( like Underland or Halloweentown), Arabian Nights etc.

Mine would be themed to a world where magic and science co-exsist. It wouldn't be unlikely to see a fairy and something futuristic near each other.
