5th gate idea and location

Brainstorm of where a 5th gate could be placed and what it would be.

I was thinking of having it placed west of epcot and dhs while just north of Coronado Springs.

There would be an extension of epcot center drive to western way that would have the entrance for this park on it. Also, there would be a moderate hotel that would be colonial themed and also designed in the same way po is. Part of the hotel would look like the streets of colonial Philadelphia with the other half would take inspiration from Mount Vernon and Monticello with federal style architecture.

For the park, the theme would be inspiration from literature. The entrance would use sherlock holmes' london as the theme. There would be a large section devoted to marvel, comics, and graphic novels. The weenie could the thomas jefferson building of the library of congress with a possible national treasure attraction inside.

Great idea. I've always thought that would be the best location for a 5th gate as well, however, that area of land is reserved for conservation and preservation by the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

Looking through the maps that rcid posted, there doesn't look to be any room to build even a decent size hotel. I don't know how much set in stone the conservation of that area is.
