50th Anniversary Medley?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if this song has ever been released on CD.

It featured before "Disneyland- The First 50 Years"

It starts with "Grim Grinning Ghosts" goes into "It's A Small World", then "Carousel of Progress". if anyone knows where I can find this medley, I'd be really grateful!
