Does anyone know if all party members (or just their magic bands) need to be present/scanned at the FP+ Kiosks for your 4th and subsequent FPs?

I believe he is referring to the kiosks when you try to get a 4th FP after you use your first 3.

Yep, as long as your initial three selections are linked, one person could be the runner for the additional Fastpasses.
